Fatal Accidents.
An inquest was held at Shipton, on Tuesday last, by F. Westwell. Esq., coroner, touching the death of Thomas Baldwin.
Louisa Pratley, of Milton, deposed: I was in the 1 o'clock train, and got out at the station. I was walking home, and saw the waggon standing near the station, I saw the horse start, rear up, and drag deceased, who was holding it, off the ground. Deceased then fell, and the horse trod on him with its hinder feet; it appeared to tread on his chest. Deceased appeared to be much injured.
