Full Will:

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Prattley the wife of Daniel Prattley of 23 Lansdowne Street Burnley in the County of Lancaster Haulage Contractor I Revoke all former Wills or other testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I Appoint my daughters Florence Owen and Ethel Clemmey (hereinafter called my 'Trustees') to be the Executrices and Trustees of this my Will I Give and Bequeath to my said daughter Ethel Clemmey for her own use absolutely all my plate linen china glass books pictures prints furniture and other household effects belonging to me in and about the house where I reside at the time of my decease I Give and Bequeath my leasehold dwellinghouse Number 23 Lansdowne Street Burnley aforesaid to my daughter the said Ethel Clemmey for her own use and benefit absolutely I Give Devise and Bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die seised or possessed or over which I shall have any disposing power by Will unto my Trustees Upon Trust that they shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and with and out of the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion and my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts And shall stand possessed of the residue of my ready money and of the said proceeds In Trust for all or any my children or child who being male attain the age of twenty one years or being female attain that age or marry under that age and if more than one in equal shares And I Direct that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children surviving then and in such case the last mentioned child or children shall take and if more than one equally between them the share which his her or their parent would have taken under this my Will if such parent had survived me In Witness I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this Thirty first day of December One thousand nine hundred and thirty four

Signed by the Testatrix the said Elizabeth Prattley as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
