SHIPTON-UNDER-WYCHWOOD.

Property Sale.- At the Crown Hotel, on Monday evening, Mr. G.F. Mace, on behalf of Messrs. Acock and Tayler, conducted the sale of eight freehold cottages, the property of Mrs. Baggs. The property consists of three cottages facing Church-street, in the occupation of Messrs. J. Case, Harris and W. Callow, and five cottages situatein Magpie-alley, in the several occupations of Messrs. B. Pratley, E. Rainbow, J. Steed, J. May and G. Turner. The whole of the property was knocked down to Mr. Harris for £550.
