I Julia Pratley of the Parochial Offices Maxey Road Plumstead London SE18 declare this to be my last Will made this 20th day of February 1929
I desire that my friend Mrs Baldie of Frederick Place Plumstead will see that I am decently buried and will afterwards cause my grave to be furnished with a Headstone suitably inscribed and a kerb and that she will see that it is maintained in decent order for this purpose I give and bequeath such money as stands to my credit with the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society I desire further that Mrs Baldie shall have my gold Broach and 2 rings and that she shall have such of my pictures or furniture as she shall choose
I desire that my gold watch and chain shall be given to my friend Miss Green of 12 Knutsford Place Hyde Park London
Should there not be sufficient money to pay as I have directed with the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society I desire the balance shall be drawn from the Kent Reliance Building Society I desire that when the foregoing bequests have been effected the residue of my estate shall go to Dr Barnados Homes for their exclusive use and benefit
I especially desire that my sister Mrs Bessie Honour shall not benefit in any way from my estate I appoint my friend Mr David Baldie my Executor to see my wishes carried into effect
