This is the last Will and Testament of me Emma Ann Pratley of Lower End Leafield in the County of Oxford Widow of the late Lancelot Pratley I leave the Cottage in which I now live in Lower End Leafield to my Son Frederick Empson Mason of Lower End Leafield absolutely but all the furniture linen and other household articles without exception contained in this same Cottage I leave to my Granddaughter Ethel May Empson Daughter of the aforesaid Frederick Empson absolutely And I date this my only Will this day January 3rd 1905
