I Barnewell Pratley of Leafield in the County of Oxford Woodman declare this to be my last Will and Testament I will that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor and that my house gardens and all my belongings shall be sold or divided equally between my Brothers Martin, Samson and John my Sister Hannah and my Nephew Richard Pratley

I think my house to be worth £55 (Fifty five pounds) and I should like my Nephew Richard Pratley to pay my Brothers and Sister their shares and have the house so as to keep it in the family or failing him some other member of the family to do so if willing Lastly I do make Benjamin Hobbis sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

Signed by the said Barnewell Pratley this 13^th day of November in the year of our Lord 1885 in the presence of us who in each others presence and in his subscribe our names as Witnesses

The Testator Barnewell Pratley was late of Leafield in the County of Oxford, Woodman, and died on the Fourteenth day of November 1885, at Leafield aforesaid
