At the Old George Inn, Leafield, at 5 for 6 o'clock in the evening, on Wednesday 13th June, 1883 subject to conditions to be then produced, the following desirable properties:-

Lot 1.- All that desirable Freehold PROPERTY, situated at Asthally, comprising a substantial stone-built and slated DWELLING HOUSE, containing sitting-room, parlour, dairy, brew-house, and all the usual offices, in a good state of repair; Garden, excellent supply of water, and a CLOSE of ARABLE LAND adjoining, in a good state of cultivation, containing Four Acres (more or less), with barn, stable, piggeries, stack yard, and convenient outbuildings, formerly in the occupation of Mrs. R. Eeles and now of Mr. William Busby.
Lot 2.- A convenient stone-built and slated DWELLING HOUSE with large Garden, situated in the Riding, Leafield, adjoining the property in the occupation of Mr. Jesse Holloway.
Lot 3.- A convenient stone-built and slated COTTAGE, with large Garden, Stable, piggery, convenient out-buildings, and excellent well of water, situated in the Riding, Leafield, now in the occupation of Mr. J. Eaton.
Lot 4.- A convenient stone-built and slated COTTAGE and garden adjoining Lot 3, in the occupation of Mr. S. Ferriman.
Lot 5.- A convenient stone-built and slated COTTAGE with garden adjoining Lot 4, now in the occupation of Mr. S. Pratley.
