Full Will: |
This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Pratley of Field Assarts in the County of Oxfordshire made hits Twenty first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty three. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Fritz Walter William Dalton of 21 St John Street Oxford to be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my nephew Fritz Walter William Dalton the plot of land situated at Field Assarts in the parish of Astall (for his past kindness shown towards me) My 8 day Carriage Clock I give to my nephew Frank Pratley My Gold Chain I give to Howard Fritz Dalton eldest son of my nephew Fritz Walter William Dalton My Silver Watch I give to Walter Henry Dalton second son of my nephew Fritz Walter William Dalton I give to my Executor Fritz Walter William Dalton £5 (Five pounds) Any property (other that the above) that I may be possessed of at the time of my death to be sold and with any other moneys which I may have I wish to be sold and divided between the following my brothers Emmanuel Pratley and William Pratley my sisters Mary Dalton, Ellen Dalton and Deborah Neighbour my Brothers in law William Cornish, John Cornish and Robert Cornish my Sisters in law Jane Morgan, Maria Stone, Sarah Hardwick and Eliza Blackmore. In the case of my sister Mary Dalton if she should predecease me I wish the share which she would have had to go to her two sons Henry Dalton and Fritz Walter William Dalton. In the case of my Brother Emmanuel Pratley if he should predecease me I wish the share which he would have had to go to his two sons William Pratley and Frank Pratley, all insurance money due to me to be devoted to my funeral expenses
