This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Pratley I Jane Pratley of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckes do bequeath to my brother Thomas Pratley (Potter by trade) of Goran Heath Oxfordshire half of the money in the Bank of England of long Annuitys the other half of this money I bequeath to my Nephew Immanuel Pratley also Potter Bucklin Common near Tring in Buckinghamshire and also sole Executor I also bequeath to my Niece Jane Smith wife of George Smith Hooston on the Green my bed and bedstead and the whole of my beding Also all my wearing apparel tat remains at my death the plate and china and glass and also my furniture except what I have markt.

Proved at London the 9th Octr 1843 before the Worshipful John Danberry Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Immanuel Pratley the Nephew the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
