WITNEY
Town Hall, Sept. 10, -[Before c. Pickering, T.F. Whittaker, Esq.] -In the matter of John Jones who was committed last week in default of procuring sufficient sureties for using a knife in a scuffle in Newland, thereby wounding a man named Hunt. Four persons presented themselves, John Walker, Richard Pratley, Absolom Hall and Charles Ball as bail for the prisoner in £20 each, which was granted. |
