THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me SARAH ANN PRATLEY the wife of Charles Henry Pratley of Pritchard Street Wednesbury in the County of Stafford Blacksmith
1. I devise and bequeath all real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may die seised or possessed unto Ellen Prentice and Jane Prentice my two daughters by my former husband Frederick Prentice absolutely as tenants in common in equal shares
2. I appoint my said husband Charles Henry Pratley and my/said daughter Ellen Prentice (when and so soon as she shall attain the age of twenty one years) to be EXECUTORS of this my will
3.
