This is the last Will and Testament of me Rose Pratley of 22 Grecian Road Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent made this second day of November 1908 At my decease all my effects are to be sold and after payment of my funeral the proceeds to be directed to my childrens benefit My husband to select anything he likes as keepsake The Clock in first floor front room is given to my daughter Ivy Front sitting room ground floor clock to my son Charlie Clock in small bedroom to my daughter Henrietta Small flat copper kettle to Hetty Tunbridge Ware Box to my son Harry in top drawer upstairs The best blanket for my Mother (Mrs Honess) one to my niece Mrs Cook Policy of my brother Harry's Insurance to be given to his wife Emily Honess
