THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

of me JAMES PRATLEY of Leafield Witney in the County of Oxford made this thirteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven

I hereby revoke all will made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my sons WALTER PRATLEY and HARRY PRATLEY to be my Executors and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my Wife Emily Pratley my house & furniture indoor and outdoor effects & all else of whatsoever I may be possessed for her sole use & benefit during her life time After my said wifes death then I desire my estate consisting of my house furniture indoor & outdoor effects to be sold & the proceeds to be equally devided between my six Children Walter Pratley, Frank Pratley Harry Pratley Victor Pratley Kate Pratley & Maud Pratley.
