Affiliation.- Hezekiah Pratley, 74 Swinbrook-road, North Kensington, Middlesex, footman, was summoned by Susannah Caroline Benchson, a single woman residing at Wilcote, to show cause why he should not contribute towards the support of her illegitimate child, of which he was alleged to be the father. Mr. Mace, solicitor, Chipping Norton, appeared for the complainant. Defendant failed to put in an appearance, and an order was made upon him for payment of 3s. a week until the child attained the age of 15 years, together with costs.
