Before Capt. Waller (in the chair), Col. Dillon, and Mr. A.C. Hall, J.P.

Exposure of Infected Children.--Thomas Pratley and his wife of Leafield, were summoned by the Rural District Council, for exposing their child, while suffering from scarlet fever; and John Townsend and Jane Townsend, of Leafield, were summoned for exposing their child, while suffering from diptheria. - Dr. Coles, Medical Officer of Health, proved the notification and Mr. Cooper, Sanitary Inspector, gave evidence as to the case being notified on the 1st of March, and said the children were let out of doors a few days after. - The case of Pratley was admitted by the wife. Neither of the Townsends appeared. The Bench imposed a fine of 10s on each defendant.
