PRATLEY Mary Helen 21/07/1880 The Will of Mary Helen Pratley late of 166 Windmill-street Gravesend in the County of Kent spinster who died 03/05/1880 at 166 Windmill-street was proved at the Principal Registry by Henry Doughty of 166 Windmill-street wine and spirit merchant the Sole Executor. Personal Estate under £400.  
Full Will:

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Helen Pratley of 166 Windmill Street Gravesend in the County of Kent Spinster I bequeath to my Nephew Cyril William Doughty my gold watch and chain and appendages I bequeath to Henry Doughty of 166 Windmill Street Gravesend aforesaid my oil painting now I the possession of my aunt Kate at Cheltenham I bequeath to the said Henry Doughty the legacy or sum of nineteen guineas And as to all the rest Residue and remainder of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath the same unto and equally between my three sisters Catherine Emma the wife of the said Henry Doughty Elizabeth Ann Bonny of 41 Inville Road Old Kent Road London Widow and Sarah Agnes Stebbing of 41 Inville Road aforesaid their heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely free from the control and debts of their respective husbands I appoint the said Henry Doughty the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of January one thousand and eight hundred and eighty - Mary Helen Pratley - Signed by the said Mary Helen Pratley as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - Arthur E.
