Commitments to our County Gaol.- For the Sessions, Joseph Pratley, 30, from Witney, charged with stealing one peck of peas.

Joseph Pratley, indicted for having, on the 9th of May, at Fawler, stolen a peck of peas, the property of Richard Tidmarsh, to be imprisoned in the house of correction four calendar months.

George Pratley, of Finstock, appeared to a summons taken out by Joseph Pratley, of White Oak Green, for damaging underwood at the Chase Woods. The complainant did not appear, and he was discharged.

Assault.-Hannah Busby, the wife of William Busby, of Witney, was committed for seven days for assaulting Keziah Pratley, the wife of Joseph Pratley, of Hailey.
