Full Will:

I MARY ANN PRATLEY the wife of Alban J_ Pratley of Worthing in the County of Sussex Builder hereby revoke all former wills codicils and testamentary instruments made by me and declare this to be my last will I appoint my husband the said Alban J_ Pratley and my brother in law Robert Pratley of Shipton-under-Wychwood in the County of Oxford (hereinafter called "my trustees") to be the EXECUTORS AND TRUSTEES of this my will I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my trustees upon trust that my trustees shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall with and out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and conversion and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall with the consent in writing of my said husband during his life and after his death at the discretion of my trustees invest the residue of the said moneys in any investments for the time being authorised by law for the investment of trust funds with power for my trustees from time to time with such consent or at such discretion as aforesaid to vary the investments and shall stand possessed of the said residuary trust moneys and the investments for the time being representing the same (hereinafter called "the residuary trusts funds") In trust to pay the income thereof to my said husband during his life and from and after his decease In trust for all my children who being sons have attained or shall attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters have attained or shall marry under that age in equal shares and if there shall be only one such child the whole to be in trust for that one child and I declare that my trustees may with the consent in writing of my said husband during his life and after his decease at their own discretion raise any part or parts not exceeding together moiety of the vested or presumptive share of any child of mine under this my will and apply the same for his or her advancement preferment or benefit as my trustees shall think fit and I also declare that my trustees may postpone the sale and conversion of any part of my real and/personal estate (including leaseholds or other property of a terminable or wearing out nature) for so long as they shall think fit and may retain the same or any part thereof in its present form of investment without being responsible for loss and that they shall not sell or convert into money reversionary property before it falls into possession unless in their opinion it shall be necessary to do so to prevent loss and that the net rents profits and income to accrue from and after my decease of and from such part of my estate as shall for the time being remain unsold and unconverted shall after payment thereout of all incidental expenses and outgoings be paid and applied to the person or persons and in the manner to whom and in which the income of the proceeds of such sale and conversion would for the time being be payable or applicable under this my will if such sale and conversion had been actually made and I also declare that as regards any real or leasehold property remaining unsold my trustees shall be at liberty to let or demise the same either from year to year or for any term of years at such rent and subject to such covenants and conditions as they shall think fit to accept surrenders of leases and tenancies to expend money either out of capital, or income in repairs or improvements and generally to manage the property according to their absolute discretion and I also declare that the power of appointing new trustees conferred by statute shall for the purposes of this my will be vested in my said husband during his life IN WITNESS whereof I have set my hand to this my will this fourth day of March One thousand nine hundred and fifteen - MARY ANN PRATLEY - Signed by the said Mary Ann Pratley the testatrix as and for her last will in the presence of us both present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses all such signatures having been made on this fourth day of March One thousand nine hundred and fifteen - F H VERRALL Solicitor Worthing - GEO E EVANS His Clerk
