At our petty sessions this day, before Walter Strickland, Leo. Pickering, and Fred. Whittaker, Esqrs., Thomas Wells, of Witney, and D. Pratley, of Crawley, were committed for 21 days hard labour, for refusing to do the work set them in the Union Workhouse.
