This is the last Will and Testament of me George Raymond Pratley of Field Asserts Asthall in the County of Oxfordshire made this 28th day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twelve I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at anytime heretofore I appoint William Mustey Blacksmith Fordwells Witney Oxfordshire to be my Executor.
I give and bequeath unto my Brother Mark Pratley at my decease all my Cloths Clocks and Furniture My Watch to my Brother Mark Pratley Son Ten Pounds to my Brother Mark Pratley Ten Pounds to my Executor William Mustey Two Pounds ten shillings To Tippy Neighbour if living with her up to my decease.
At the end of the dead year Ten pounds to my Brother Mark Pratley Ten pounds each to my Brother Mark Pratley Son and Daughters Five pounds To my Niece Blind Alice Pratley Two pounds ten shillings to Tippy's Neighbour if living with her up to my decease.
I wish to be buried at Leafield and a Tomb Stone to be erected.
