THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me RAYMOND JOHN PRATLEY of 87 Godolphin Road in the parish of Hammersmith in the county of London Retired Fruiterer and Greengrocer I revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me and I appoint my wife Amelia and William Marlow of Croydon Villa 123 Upper Park Road Plumstead Woolwich the uncle of my said wife (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be EXECUTORS and TRUSTEES of this my Will I bequeath my leasehold dwellinghouse 52 Iffley Road in the parish of Hammersmith to my Trustees upon trust to sell the same either by public auction or private contract and out of the proceeds of such sale to pay the expenses of and incidental to the sale and redeem any mortgage then subsisting on my freehold house 89 Godolphin Road in the parish of Hammersmith and pay all expenses in connection with such redemption andI direct that the residue of the proceeds of such sale shall fall into and form part of my residuary estate I devise my freehold dwellinghouse 63 Godolphin Road aforesaid unto and to the use of my daughter Caroline Schneider Black absolutely I give ten ten pound shares in the Midland and South Western Junction Railway to John Schneider Black the son of my said daughter Caroline Schneider Black absolutely I devise my freehold dwellinghouse 87 Godolphin Road aforesaid unto my Trustees Upon trust for my son Raymond John Lyons Pratley absolutely I devise my freehold dwellinghouse 89 Godolphin Road aforesaid unto my Trustees upon trust for my son Charles William James Pratley absolutely I bequeath my leasehold dwellinghouses 16 and 18 Brackenbury Road in the parish of Hammersmith to my Trustees upon trust for my daughter Amelia Ann Marlow Pratley absolutely Provided nevertheless that in the event of the death of either of my said sons Raymond John Lyons Pratley and Charles William James Pratley before they respectively attain the age of twenty one years or in the event of the death of my said daughter Amelia Ann Marlow Pratley before she attain the age of twenty one years or marries under that age then I direct that as to the hereditaments and premises hereinbefore devised or bequeathed in trust for the one so dying my Trustees shall stand possessed thereof In trust for the survivors or survivor of my said sons Raymond John Lyons Pratley Charles William James Pratley and my said daughter Amelia Ann Marlow Pratley in equal shares absolutely I bequeath my life policy Number 22406 in the Sun Life Assurance Society for the sum of one hundred pounds and all my furniture and household effects and my leasehold house 7 Cambridge Street Paddington and all the residue and remainder of my estate and effects not hereinbefore disposed of unto my said wife Amelia for her own use and benefit absolutely And I declare that my Trustees shall have full power during the minority of any person or persons absolutely or contingently entitled thereto under this my Will to demise or let any real or leasehold property hereinbefore devised or bequeathed for such terms and upon such conditions as they shall deem proper and to accept surrenders of leases and tenancies expend money in repairs and improvements and generally manage the property with the powers of an absolute owner IN WITNESS whereof I have set my hand to this my Will the twelfth day of December one thousand nine hundred - R.J.PRATLEY - Signed by the above named Raymond John Pratley as his last Will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - W.SCOTT FOX Solr 13 St Marys Square Paddington - GEORGE GEORGE 81 Godolphin Road Shepherds Bush
