Full Will: |
This is the last Will and Testament of me Louisa Pratley of Keystone Glenfall Terrace Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Widow I appoint Edwin James Cook of Number 2 Oxford Buildings Cheltenham aforesaid Coal Merchant Robert Edward Steel of Number 1 Regent Street Cheltenham aforesaid Solicitor and my Son Charles William Pratley (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will
I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty pounds to my grandson Ernest Arthur Pratley absolutely
I give and bequeath the silver tea and coffee service and Address presented to my late husband and myself by the Ancient Order of Foresters to my Son Walter Raymond Pratley absolutely
I give devise and bequeath all my real estate equally between my four Sons namely the said Charles William Pratley the said Walter Raymond Pratley George Harry Pratley and Frank Augustus Pratley (the usual legal dying legacy)
And I direct that when the soil of my grave is properly settled and the stone replaced that such soil shall be properly soaked with weed killer and cemented over the top even with the curbing The cost of so treating my grave shall be paid out of the proceeds of sale of my real and residuary personal estate
I declare this to be my last Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this first day of November One thousand nine hundred and twelve
