Full Will:

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ernest Edward Pratley of number 13 North Place Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Greengrocer I appoint my friend Sidney Fitzroy Cooke of The Rowans Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Market Gardener (hereinafter called my trustee) to be the Executor and trustee of his my will And I direct him to pay all my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath to my wife Edith Annie Pratley all my plate linen china glass books prints pictures household furniture and effects absolutely I give devise and bequeath all that my stable and premises situate at the rear of number 1 Saint Margarets Terrace Cheltenham aforesaid (now in mortgage to my father George Charles Pratley to secure One hundred and fifty pounds and interest) unto my father the said George Charles Pratley absolutely I give and bequeath all my interest in my business as now carried on by me at number 13 North Place Cheltenham aforesaid and the goodwill thereof unto my said wife and Hubert George Parslow in equal shares as tenants in common conditionally on their taking to the stock in trade at a valuation in the usual way and paying the amount of such valuation to my trustee at such time and in such manner as my trustee shall think fit I give and bequeath all moneys to be received from my said wife and the said Hubert George Parslow for such stock in trade as aforesaid And also all that my Policy of Assurance in the Refuge Insurance Company Limited for One hundred pounds and all moneys to be received thereunder Unto my trustee Upon trust to invest the moneys to be received from my said wife and the said Hubert George Parslow as aforesaid and all moneys to be received in respect of the said Policy of Assurance until the youngest of my children or the survivor or survivors of them shall attain the age of twenty one years And on such event happening to divide the said moneys and all interest which may have accumulated thereon between all my said children as joint tenants I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto and equally between my said children absolutely Provided always that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children living at my death who being a son or Sons shall attain the age of twenty one years or being a daughter or daughters shall attain that age or marry under that age then and in every such case the last mentioned child or children shall take and if more than one equally between them the share which his her or their parent would have taken under this my Will had such parent survived me And hereby revoking all former Wills and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of February One thousand nine hundred and six --- Ernest Edward Pratley ---
