CHADLINGTON DIVISION PETTY SESSIONS,
Jan. 23. - Before B.J. Whippy, Esq., and the Revs. T. Harris, W.E.D. Carter and R.S. Baker.
Robert Pratley, of Leafield, labourer, was charged by P.C. Quarterman with being drunk and riotous at Leafield, on the 31st ult. - Defendant promised to keep sober for the future, and was dismissed on payment of 5s. costs. |

CHIPPING NORTON.
CHADLINGTON DIVISIONAL
PETTY SESSIONS - April 29th.
Before the Rev. T. Harris (chairman), Rev. W.E.D. Carter, J.F. Penyston, Esq., and Colonel Lockwood.
Game Trespass.
Walter Shayler, James Shayler, Jesse Hunt, John Colicott, Frank Coldicott, Robert Pratley, all of Leafield, were charged with trespassing in the day time upon land in the occupation of Mr. L.M. Wynne, in search of game on the 19th ult.
The case was proved by James Lyford.
Hunt and Pratley being old offenders were fined £1 each inclusive, or 14 days' hard labour. The remainder had to pay 3s. 6d. costs each. |
