This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Ann Pratley of Rock Cottage Station Road Sutton in Ashfield in the County of Nottingham made this twenty eighth day of August 1915 I appoint Henry Chas Burrows of Barrowby Lincolnshire William Finney 'The Hillocks' Sutton in Ashfield and Joseph Hry Brailsford of Sutton in Ashfield in the County of Nottingham to be Executors I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Miss Mary Burrows of Forest Street Sutton in Ashfield £100 together with all cash in my house at the time of my decease In addition I authorise my Executors to pay the said Mary Burrows the sum of 15/- p.w. from the rents of my property situate on Alfreton Road Sutton in Ashfield To my neices Daisy Burrows Ivy Burrows and Florence Annie Mary Tilley £150 To my nephews Charles Auburn Burrows of Barrowby Lincolnshire William Hry Ardron of Manchester £100 To George Albert Walton Brown of Forest Street Sutton in Ashfield £100 I give and bequeath any balance (cash) at the Bank to my brother the aforesaid Henry Charles Burrows I further direct that my property at Alfreton Road Sutton in Ashfield remains at present (necessary repairs excepted) during the lifetime of my sister the said Mary Burrows I bequeath an additional £5 be paid to provide suitable mourning apparel for William Tilley of Forest Street Sutton in Ashfield and Agnes Ward of Forest Road Sutton in Ashfield
