At the George, at Leafield, on Tuesday the 25th day of March, at Two o'clock, under such conditions as will be then produced, - The following property, consisting of a good dwelling house and two cottages, in good repair, with gardens, &c. situate at the Lower End in Leafield:-
Lot 1.- A Slated neat dwelling house, with attics, two bed rooms, and two rooms on the ground floor; an excellent Oven and good Bake-house, which would be a suitable property for a person in the baking business; together with a garden and well of water, now occupied by John Pratley, sen.
Lot 2.- A small Thatched cottage and garden, adjoining the last Lot, occupied by Richard Pratley.
Lot 3.- One other Slated cottage and garden, occupied by James Pratley.
