WITNEY COUNTY COURT, Oct. 11th.
(Before J.B. Parry, Esq. Q.C., Judge.)
Prince v. Pratley (both of Witney).-This claim was for £1 19s. 7d., for blacksmith's work done to defendant's house in Corn Street, &c. Defendant (for whom Mr. Thompson, of Oxford, appeared) pleaded coverture ; and the Judge having informed plaintiff that he could not sue a married woman, dismissed the case. |
